From Center City, take Ben Franklin Parkway to the Museum of Art, continue on Kelly Drive along the Schuylkill River for 2 1/2 miles. Then at Roosevelt Expressway turn right on S. Ferry. Go one block to Ridge Avenue. Dobson Mills is at the corner of Ridge and S. Ferry.
